Stuffed Potato Party Dip
This is a crowd pleaser that is super easy to make and tastes great. It tastes even better the next day, so it's a perfect fit for a "make ahead" recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 container of sour cream 24 oz
- 2 cups finely grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 10 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup of chopped chives
Instructions
- Shred cheese.
- Cook bacon and crumble into bits.
- snip chives into tiny pieces.
- Mix all ingredients together. That's it!
Notes
Serve this with any kind of chip or toasted bread rounds. Carrots work really well for the low-carb crowd. You can adjust the ingredients to your taste. More chives, less bacon etc..
