- ½ pound butter
- ½ cup chopped fresh herbs and/or edible flowers
- Cream the butter with a hand mixer and blend in the herbs. Then shape it into a log with plastic wrap and chill overnight. Alternatively you can spoon it into ramekins or other small molds. Great on steak, baked potatoes, fresh bread or rolls and steamed vegetables.
